TIZ Implements is an engineering company based in Warsaw, working since 1995 at the intersection of machining technology, production and process preparation. We work with teams that need to make a decision for a specific part and machine condition, rather than simply compare catalogue entries.
The starting point is the part, material, required feature, tolerance, machine, operation and the constraint that needs to be clarified today. The five TIZ areas remain distinct but work together: Cutting tools, Toolholding systems, Workholding systems, Digital manufacturing software, and Process design and optimisation. Software can prepare and organise data; it does not replace an engineering decision, and CAPP is not process consultation. We structure the work in three stages. First, we recognise the input and what is missing. Next, we specify the process stack for the particular machine: the cutting tool, holder, workholding and programme strategy within one operation. We then verify the agreed points through a machine-tool trial or honestly flag the data that are still required for a trial. The findings are handed over in a form that production and technical purchasing can use in their next steps.

We consider the cutting tool, holder, location and clamping of the part, and programme strategy as one stack in the same operation. Toolholding in the spindle is not confused with workholding for the part.
Trial and handover
The next step rests on a machine-tool trial or an explicit flag that the data required to run it are missing. We hand over the findings, rather than an unverified promise about parameters, KPI or a series outcome.
