What this notice covers
This notice explains how the website handles language preferences, privacy choices and optional analytics. The public website does not provide a tooling enquiry form and does not accept drawings or files. Verified business customers will use the separate TIZ B2B application.
Essential site operation and legal basis
The website stores your language choice and your analytics decision in the browser. These settings are used only to provide the requested language version and remember the selected privacy setting. Optional analytics is used only after your consent.
Analytics after consent
After you accept analytics, TIZ may record a pseudonymous identifier, country code, language version, visited pages, engagement and interaction events in aggregated reporting. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the TIZ dashboard.
Retention
Analytics events, cookieless page views and consent records are removed after no more than 90 days.
External services and recipients
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are currently disabled by default. No browsing data is sent to those services while they remain disabled. They may be enabled only after TIZ confirms the required legal basis, contractual safeguards and updates this notice.
Your choices and rights
You can choose essential operation only or accept analytics, and you can change that choice by clearing your browser site data. You may ask TIZ about access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection concerning personal data processed by TIZ. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.

Purposes, data categories and source
TIZ processes technical request data, language choice, consent choice and, after consent, pseudonymous measurement data to operate the website, present the selected language, document privacy choices and understand aggregate use. The data comes from the browser and from its interaction with the website; the public site does not collect enquiry attachments or account data.
Recipients and international transfers
Access is limited to authorised TIZ personnel and service providers supporting hosting, security, database operation and optional analytics. TIZ will identify the applicable recipient, processing role and any transfer safeguard before enabling a new external analytics provider or transferring personal data outside the EEA.
Providing data and automated decisions
You are not required to provide personal data to browse the public website. A language or analytics choice may be stored only to apply that choice. The public website does not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
